Meeting tims and breaks

I have conferences to hold that are 20 minutes long.   I know there is a 40 minute time schedule with a 10 min. break.  Can I schedule 20 minute conferences with a 10 min. break in between?    Also, can I schedule 30 min. conferences with a 10 min break afterwards
