Meeting timeline / agenda bar

Is it possible to add a small timeline bar, maybe near the current control bar, that shows progress in a meeting and possibly agenda? It could work like how a progress bar does on a YouTube video - it shows you how far along you are, and ideally you could pre-enter agenda 'chapters'. This would help you keep on time. Maybe the last 10 minutes of the bar would be red to have a subtle visual cue that the meeting needs to be wrapped up.

I show my notes periodically in the meeting and check off the Agenda items so everyone can see where we are in the meeting.
