Can you edit the time once a meeting has been scheduled? I selected 0700 pm instead of 7:00 pm.

Hey @smcallister3 welcome to the community! You sure can, if you're the host. Suggest going to https://zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming where you will see all your upcoming meetings.
From there you can edit any upcoming meeting that has not already been started.
You then have the options to edit your meeting, and to your point you will be needing to edit the when (start time), and duration (length of your meeting).
Ensure to save! Secondly, wanted to mention there's more info within the KB on Editing meeting details.
Note if there is any calendar integration involved suggest looking over How to use the calendar integration where it will give more detail in the syncing of the edits made.
