Hi, 

I recorded on the cloud three meetings but I can't access them. 

 

I logged in to the Zoom Web and selected the option "registrations" but a pop up appears saying: "The IT administrator has disabled access to your registration page: contact the IT administrator for more details."

 

Can you please help me.
