Meeting recording is corrupted

I recorded the meeting, saved the recording and have 4 file formats:

txt file for the chat. All good there.

M4A for the AV - but this is extremely broken up. Meeting participants voices start and then stop - mid syllable. It is completely unintelligible.

M4P for the video is also broken up. And they are separate files - which doesn't really help if you want a video recording.

Any ideas?
