Meeting preset to record did not record

Hi everyone - I created a meeting and set it to record in the cloud.  Presenters in the meeting did a test run using the link and it recorded, but when the time for the actual presentation came, it did not record.  Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there anything I can do?

When you say it did not record, was the recording message on the screen?
Of the millions of meetings recorded, there can be a hardware issue, and a recording fails, but it is very rare.

 

If lost, then there is a way to recover. For important events, I always run a separate local recording as a backup.
