Meeting is not found or has expired message when adding invitees via Gmail

A colleague created a Zoom event, transferred ownership of the Gmail invitation to me.  when I add invitees, the message: Meeting xxxxxxx is not found or has expired.  However, when I click on the Zoom link in the invitation, the meeting is active.  When others click the Zoom link, the meeting is active.  Anyone have any idea what is going on?? I'm on a Mac.

Hey @Berta how did the Host of the event 'transfer' you host permissions of the current meeting through Gmail? Curious as to how the transfer of ownership of the meeting took place. Did the Host create the meeting from GCal? OR from the Zoom web portal > https://zoom.us/meeting/schedule

Hello! I am having a similar issue to Berta!

I have created a meeting in the coming months using the Zoom web portal, and then opened the meeting in my google calendar to invite colleagues - when I press send I get the error message 'meeting is not found or has expired'. The meeting is still in Zoom and has not expired as it is not taking place for a few months.

Is this something I need to worry about? Any guidance would be really apprecited! Many thanks!

I am having the same issue, though I am the owner of the original zoom meeting. It is showing up in my zoom meetings panel but when I try to add participants to the calendar invite the "meeting not found. It might be deleted already" message keeps popping up. I have tried multiple times.

Hello @BalthazarMay

Can you try enabling bi-directional calendar sync

Please let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance.
