Meeting intervals are 1/2 hour only; I need 15 minute increments

When I schedule meetings, I am offered 1/2 hour increments only. How do I change that setting to 15 minute increments?

I believe you can override the increments manually. There are also Zoom apps like Salepager that include 15 minute increments by default when scheduling Zoom meetings.
