Meeting features- Last Name not appearing

My last name does not appear when I attend other Zoom meetings - why as my profile show both my first name and last name

If you go into your account on the web, click on your Profile tab, then in your name details on the right click on Edit. Verify that your Display Name has both your First and Last name.

My full name does appear when I go into my profile in ZOOM.   where exactly do I need to go 
on the web?
