Apologies if previously asked about - I couldn't find the answer if so...
I want to send out meeting invitations with limited content - just as follows - Can't see in Outlook Zoom or Online where this can be made a default - any help greatly appreciated.
'Click' here to join meeting
'If you must dial-in':-
* UK dial-in number only (not the massive default list)
* Meeting Id
Nothing further as it's superfluous to need.

Editing the default meeting invite template is possible, although its a lot more complicated than you'd think. This is possible for Business accounts and above and requires some knowledge of HTML. Also, changing the template would affect all the invites on the account, not just your invites. It might be easier to make the simple template you want, copy that over to the email invite, and just change the link, meeting ID, and passcode to suit the meeting.
