Meeting Report Creation (Participant Information)

Hi, 

 

Prior to December 2021, "meeting registration reports" were much more comprehensive. Since then Meeting registration reports have changed on Zoom (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/216378603-Meeting-registration-and-polling-reports). It seems like only the following is now available: 

  • First and last name 
  • Email address 
  • Date and time of registration
  • Approval status

Does anyone know if it is possible to get more participant information (e.g. join time, participant start time/end time) on a report? If so, how?

    Hey @JB23 in our Reports (https://zoom.us/account/report) > Usage Reports > Active Hosts, Admins can pull data such as Name (Original Name), User Email, Join Time, Leave Time, and Duration of that specific meeting. Under 'Participants' highlighted in Blue, you can click on the number and generate a report if needed!
