Meeting Registration Required After Registration

Just wanted to see if anyone had any advice here. It is extremely frustrating when all our students register for a Zoom event but then cannot attend because it just loops back to asking them to register.  For example, they get the email below to join the event, but when they click the link it cycles right back to registration. 

This often happens due to confusion over which link to click on. To make it easy to join we use salepager.com to send the correct link shortly before the meeting with registration.
