Meeting Registration Report showing no data

Hello!

I am trying to generate a meeting registration report, and when I enter the meeting ID or the date of the meeting it shows no data. It also shows no data as a result when I search for meetings I have already generated registration reports for in the past. Why is the registration report not generating properly? I am logged in and have done this same process several times in the past.

    Hi @AbbeyRaeSmith 

     

    I have some troubleshooting questions for you...

     

    Do you have a paid account? Or, did you, and you don't any longer?

     

    Do you have more than one Zoom login?

     

    How old is the meeting you are looking for?

     

    Are you trying to generate your reports from https://zoom.us/account/report/regmeeting ?

     

    Please post back and hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.

    The platform, only yesterday, December 1st, did not generate the report of a meeting. How can we do to get it? Thank you in advance. Laboratorio delle Idee

    I am having the same issue.  I could not find my registration list.

     

    As for your questions:

     

    Yes,  Have a paid account, one zoom login, it happened yesterday, yes, I am trying to generate using  the same link .

    I think this might be an issue to look into! I am able to see the meeting and even download the recording, but when I try to pull any report from 2021 it says "no data" and does not pull up any of my meetings.

    Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation menu, click Settings. Click the Meeting tab. Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Report to Zoom toggle to enable or disable it

    I am not able to see download the registration list, even when i follow the steps to do so. It tells me there is no data.  ??
