Meeting Passcode

Hi all, I have an account that is prompting for a passcode to enter a meeting even though these options are turned off. If i turn it on and enter a passcode it will not accept it to start or join the meeting. I've searched online and this seems to be a recurring issue but no one has an answer for it.
