I have sent out outlook invitations for several meetings.  It has now been decided that they want to allow attendees to join by zoom.  Can I set up my zoom personal meeting id and then copy that link into all of the  calendar invites or do I have to set up the meetings through zoom ?  I want to use the same link for all meetings.  The meetings are not recurring on a regular basis  so I don't want to use that option.  Thank you.

Hello,
My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! You "can" add your personal join link in the location field, or if you have calendar integration with outlook you can go into the event(s) and then click edit event, then click on the zoom meeting icon and add a zoom meeting to the already created event.
