Meeting Auto-Locks?

Even though rejoin is enabled, participants attempting to rejoin get a message that the meeting has been locked even though the host has not locked the meeting. Can this auto-locking be prevented?

We also have the same problem where the meetings get auto locked. Even if the host unlocks the meeting, it gets auto locked within a minute. What can be the possible issues? Is it any particular version of zoom client that is buggy
