Meeting Audio

Zoom is driving me crazy today. The speaker audio during my meetings went mute for a few seconds every 5 minutes. I couldn’t concentrate or learn anything properly. I restarted my MacBook. Deleted the app and reinstalled it again. I cleared my cache. The issue still persists. I’m not tech savvy and I need simple solutions. Thank you in advance. Ps: I also tried opening a support ticket and they kept closing it. Really disappointed in Zoom.

Computer audio is very complex. With very little information being given here I would guess that you have a poor WiFi connection that is causing interruption to the stream. Try connecting to your router using ethernet cable instead of WiFi.
