How do I host an event that enables more than 50 breakout rooms?  So for example an event where 400 people attend and they are able to go into breakout rooms of 2 per room.  If I have two zoom accounts can I link the capacity?

Thanks

A Zoom Meeting can support a maximum of 100 Breakout Rooms. It initially provides up to 50 breakout rooms, although you can submit a support request to add "BR100" to your paid account. They will be happy to add this for you. Going beyond 100 in a single meeting is not possible.
