Make my users to create meetings but i handle the payments

Hey! 
we are working on a product where users can create their own meetings after authenticating using zoom apis. 
the problem is we need us to handle the payment the [Zoom App owner] not the user to allow them to have a premium accounts ? 
Is there any work arounds to do this?

    They will be able to assist you in answering your billing concerns. When you open a ticket, please make sure you are logged in with your Zoom account so we can access all the necessary data on our end.
