Lost recording after downloading?

Hi,

We have a corporate account. 

I was going to trim my recording on a shared computer (Windows)

I found the recording in my cloud listing.  I saw the chat and knew I had the right one.

I tried to download the file to trim but got called away by a patron.  I closed the computer without ever seeing the file.

Now I am on my computer and could not find the files in the list by date and time.  

I have no trash icon.  Where did my file go?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Timming of the Cloud Recording does not involve downloading the file to your computer.  Look for the recording in your Cloud Recordings and re-start the trimming process.  See this Zoom Support article for some additional information:

I was a cohost. I cannot find my recording any where. Could it be in the hosts account?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @katevanc.

 

Cloud recordings are always found in the account of the meeting's owner, regardless of who started the meeting, who was host/co-host, or who started the recording.

How to troubleshoot a failure to convert a local recording
Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
Click the Meetings tab.
Click the Recorded tab.
Select the meeting topic with the local recording.
Click Convert.
