Losing a zoom webinat

I have been losing zoom webinars before they are scheduled to begin.  I may be incorrectly using the practice session.  I need to establish the webinar a couple of months before it is scheduled so I can get the access information out to the invited users.  Can I access it before the scheduled date, of should I leave it alone until actual start time.

I suspect there’s an issue with the time zone setting, and your missing Webinars are really just hidden/moved to the Previous tab:

They shouldn’t disappear just because you’ve had a practice session – that’s what practice sessions are for! 😎

 

Next time that happens, look there in the Previous tab. And check the Time Zone setting; having the wrong time zone but the right local time set could cause Zoom to calculate that the time for your Webinar is over … moving it to the Previous tab.
