I have been using a Logitech Logi Dock for about two years and it has worked flawlessly with Zoom until the last couple of months. Somewhere along the way during a Zoom client for Windows update, the video on/off button no longer lights up or works. I know it isn't an issue with the Logi Dock because it still works fine with Teams. I have the Universal Communications model of the Logi Dock and not the one specifically for Teams and it used to work perfectly on both platforms. The video on/off button just doesn't work with Zoom any longer. The audio on/off button still works fine. I have uninstalled the Logi Tune software and reinstalled and that did not fix the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom software and that did not fix the issue. Anyone else seeing this issue? Thanks in advance for any info others could share.

I recently started having the same issue. I have unplugged the dock from power and reconnected it, removed/reconnected the usb-c cable from my work laptop to no avail, and just updated the firmware on my Logi Dock, but the issue still persists. This seems to me to be related to the Zoom client somehow. I'm running Zoom version 6.1.11.

I just tested with MS Teams and the camera button works with it. So this is definitely something related to a Zoom app update.
