Locked Padlock Appearing When I Turn On the Video

I am unable to get video on a zoom call when I was previously able to.  When I click and turn on the video, a locked padlock is appearing on the screen and there is not self image.

Any suggestions for how to solve this so that I can once again be able to get video of myself during the zoom meeting.

Thank you.

Regards,

The locked padlock on Zoom when turning on the video means there's a permissions issue. Check your device settings to ensure Zoom has camera access. Restart the app, update Zoom, and test the camera in Zoom settings. Close any apps using the camera, and if the issue persists, reinstall Zoom or check your camera hardware.

Good day, Thank you for your reply.  I tried everything, nothing worked.  How do I check my camera though?  I am able to get video if I log in to zoom with my mobile, but not the laptop.  I am not sure what happened, because this is a new issue, it worked well all along.
