I was in a meeting today and they can see my location as they told me. How do I disable it, as I don't want people seeing my location.

You can turn off and disable your working location status so that when meeting participants view your profile card in a meeting or on Zoom Chat, they cannot see your location. Follow the instructions in this article and you should be good to go: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/7013370323469-Adding-your-current-working-location
