I have the Pro version but am not seeing the Allow livestreaming of meetings option.

Hi @karmillei, welcome to the Zoom Community

 

Please can you confirm if you have enabled livestreaming of meetings via the Zoom web portal?

 

These settings are located in the Zoom web portal:

 

  • In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  • Click the Meeting tab.
  • Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Allow livestreaming of meetings toggle to enable it.
  • If a verification dialogue appears, click Enable to verify the change.

Hello  , I have  the pro version but I don't  see the zoom Live Streaming schedule tab at the end of meeting schedule,I check my account settings and everything is ok. Can you help me please .

I use firefox browser last version.

Hi  , I had made payment for my Pro version, but my acc status still at BASIC, what should I do?
