When I am in a zoom meeting, it use to show my face live in the video stream and now it is a profile picture, how do I get it back to a live photo?

When Zoom displays the profile picture it doesn't think the camera is connected or unmuted. If you go to the Video Settings screen can you see yourself in the video there?

I am having this problem where my live face did not show in the zoom chat but it was fine the last time I was in a zoom call. How do I get my live face back in the zoom chat and where do I go to set my account back to the original default?
