Limiting the number of people who can sign up or accept a scheduled meeting?

We want to provide a way for clients to join a meeting scheduled for a later date but limit the number of people that can be invited.

This invite would be posted on our website with a link or something similar. So say after 10 people have scheduled for the future meeting, no one else can.

    Hi @ArthurB

With this weekend's web release, you can now cap the number of allowed registrations for a meeting (this was only available for webinar registration before). This means the system will stop approving new registrants after X number have been approved.

Bort, does this mean that when someone tries to sign up after the limit has been reached, they are just not permitted to sign up or is a wait list generated? If there is no waitlist, is there a way to add some text when a person is denied to the effect of "To be added to the waitlist, please email..."

Zoom does not support a waitlist for registration. You would need to add a note in the description of the meeting, which will appear on the registration page.
