I have a client with a Chromebook with a Celeron N4020 and 4GB of RAM. He appears to be limited to six people in gallery view. Is that a setting on his part, or is that a limitation of the CPU/RAM?
Is there a list of system requirements and limitations somewhere? Everything I find in the knowledgebase is quite vague.
Thanks!

Agreed that this info needs to be clearly published in the KB!
From what I've dug up, Zoom PWA (what your Chromebook uses) can either do a 9-split (3x3) or 25-split (5x5) gallery view, but the 25-tile option requires a processor with at least 4 virtual cores - the Celeron N4020 only has 2.
However, please have your client confirm that they cannot access the following option:

Thanks for the info, bstrelko! I don't see an option for Gallery View at all on this Chromebook. Does that mean he is CPU limited or is there a software issue/update I need to do.
