Leave meeting to join meeting message

HELP. I keep getting the message "You will have to leave this meeting to join the new meeting". It doesn't matter what I do - uninstall, reinstall, switch off computer - left overnight, every variation I can think of I still get this message as if I am in a meeting which I'm not and that I need to join a new one.

Two questions:

- Does anyone have a solution who is familiar with this problem ?

- The Zoom help bot doesn't have the answer, is there a way to contact a Zoom support human being ?

Thanks

“It sounds like we've covered everything we needed to, so I'll let you go. Thank you for such a productive meeting!” “Can't believe it's already [time of day]. I'm sure you've got lots of things on your agenda, so I'll let you get to them.

I've been having the same problem more than once. Did you ever figure it out? After the first time, one day it just started working again. Now it's happening again. In the meantime I'm missing all zoom meetings.

Who has an answer for the problem?  Chat service doesn't answer.
