Question

Last time I had speaker view and this time I had gallery view activated but still the same result.

Since changing laptops I have recorded 2 interviews and neither one of them shows me, only the speaker on the other side. I tried changing the settings in the backend but unfortunately it's only the speaker's image showing and not me at any time. How can this be fixed?

I would recommend trying this...

 

  1. Open your locally installed Zoom client software.
  2. Sign-in
  3. Click on the "Gear" icon to open the settings dialog.
  4. Go to "Video" settings
  5. Check the box next to "See myself as the active speaker while speaking"

thanks i had hide speaker view on but i didn't think that related to recordings only my view.i have turned that on and to see speaker view while recording...

Think of recordings this way. It has to derive its source from somewhere; and in most cases, that source is what is currently displayed on the HOSTS primary monitor.
