Large meeting 500. What members can do?

Hello, I want to pay for the license and Large meeting 500. 

But I need to know for sure if 500 people in the conference will be able to turn on their microphone, camera and share the screen? 
Also will i be able to use the rooms?

    Yes, with the Large Meeting 500 license, everyone in your meeting will be able to use audio and video, as well as share their screen.

      What if I am looking for most of the attendees to not be interactive and only watch/listen? I purchased the Large Group Add-on which appeared to show an option that would limit attendees to not be interactive but can't figure out how to use it.  Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you.
