LOST RECORDED VIDEO FILE?? - CONF showed up in its place...

I had a video recording of an event I held today, and it was GREAT! But when I tried to rename it, a few minutes later

I went back to look at it, and the file was gone with only a CONF file (1 KB) in its place. WHAT HAPPENED? I need that file!!

When looking at the list of recordings for all meetings, take a look at the top-right of the page to see if there is a link called Recently Deleted. Just in case it might have been accidentally deleted.

Jeff, I have the same issue. The file saved locally as a .conf but doesn't appear in my Zoom application. I tried to open it in the Zoom application and it didn't work. Any suggestions.
