Just opened zoom account (basic) and there is no recording facility - want to record locally.

Hi just opened a zoom account and there is no facility to record.

When I opened account previously seemed ok - has anything changed, or am I doing something wrong?

    Hello @Fevzi1,

     

    Local Recording should be available as long as you are using our desktop client.  It is not supported on mobile client (iOS/Android).

     

    If you are on desktop client and not seeing the Record button in the bottom of your Zoom window, then you may need to check your meeting settings in the Zoom Portal to make sure you have it enabled.
