Joining a meeting unsuccessfully

I was trying to join a town meeting. The Zoom appeared to let me in but I was the only one in the room and yet on the TV streaming, there was a meeting being carried out. I tried to resign on with no help. It looked like I was on Zoom in a meeting but I was by myself and the meeting that I was supposed to be on was showing 4 people. What was that about?

Any chance someone working on the town hall meeting sent you a link for a previous town hall meeting?  That is my guess since you mentioned you entered the meeting alone, but another meeting was going on with 4 people in attendance. I would reach out for any future meetings and make sure they give you the correct Zoom link. If this answers your question, please click Accept as Solution.
