Joined meeting without being logged in, can I log into my account after joining a meeting?

Sometimes first meeting of the day, I connect from a zoom link in my calendar and after joining realize it is a free account and not my main account.

1. Is there a way for me to log in after I have joined the meeting without leaving the meeting first?
2. Is there a way to prevent connecting to a meeting without first logging into my zoom account?

Hi @iamchrisnixon , welcome to the Zoom Community! 

Have you tried switching the account from the Zoom client when in the meeting?

To test, join a meeting with the wrong account > navigate to your Zoom desktop client > click on your profile picture, and then select Switch Account.
