Join by SIP Missing from Meeting Invitations

Hello,

 

In the past all meetings showed the "join by SIP" option in the meeting invitation. Recently, this information disappeared. I reached out to Zoom CS and they stated that we needed to have a H.323/SIP Room Connector subscription. Of course we have a subscription because the SIP details appeared in all previous meetings. Zoom billing also confirmed that we have an active subscription.

 

Has anyone had similar issues and how did you resolve it?

Did you ever find out about this?  I am troubleshooting this as well.  We have a Cisco Room Bar device that uses this information to create one touch join buttons for the meetings and it isn't working.
