Jabra - Mute on Joining Meeting Not Working

Hi All, I have a bluetooth Jabra mic/speaker, which when I join a meeting is unmuted, even though I have the setting enabled to mute mic on join meetings. This only happens with this Jabra device. The setting works with other mic/speakers connected via bluetooth or inbuilt mic. Someone else at my company also has this issue. The laptop is a Mac running Big Sur, Zoom is running the latest version.

Hey @Trutch, looking into some cases similar to yours about Jabra. I'd advise you to open a ticket with our support team here for now. However, in the meantime, I will do some more digging and update you when I have more information as to what exactly we need to do to get this resolved.

Can you share with me the Jabra device you're currently using?
