Hi i'm having issues about my scheduled meeting. I couldn’t see my Saturdays scheduled meetings at all. 

Kindly help me regarding this issues.

    Negotiating the Time and Date. By far the biggest problem is working with your other participants to choose a date and time that works for everyone.
    Finding the Right Participants. 
    Choosing the Right Length. 
    Establishing a Location. 

    Guaranteeing Attendance.
