Issue with my imagebeing pixilated/destorted, but only to me

Early August my video picture started appearing badly pixilated...but only to me.  Others in the zoom room see a proper video of me????  I have spent an hour on chat with two different people in Zoom support but neither could help.  One had me enable Group HD in both account and settings.....the other had me change compatibility to Windows 7.0 (my Zoom laptop is running 8.0)  I am stumped....and it was sudden.  wondering if happened during a recent Zoom update?  My update is current. HELP!

Hey @jfhhome and @cerogers, it's been some time and we've released some updates for the Zoom client. Have you tried updating to the latest version? If not, I would start there, and let me know if that helps! Also, check if your camera is acting the same in other applications? If it is, it may be your camera. You can go into your Zoom client settings > Video > Advanced > and uncheck OR check 'Optimize Video Quality with De-noise' and 'use hardware acceleration for receiving video', which may help with your Video quality.
