Issue with joining audio
I have a colleague who has an issue joining audio. Instead of this:

There isn't a switch between Telephone and Computer audio, and there's no error messages about her Mic or Speakers not being available. On that note, her hardware looks all fine - she has a Jabra headset, so two sets of microphones (with the laptop mic) and two sets of speakers, and they all appear in Zoom settings.
Things we've tried:
- The obvious restarting of device, headset, Zoom app, cycling of bluetooth
- Made sure the Windows 11 audio mixer volumes for Zoom aren't muted and are at 100%.
- Made sure ensured her audio type is: Telephone and Computer audio (within Zoom admin - user settings)
Has anyone seen anything like this, or has an idea what might be causing this?
