Issue with accessing my personal Zoom Room
I was due to host a meeting with prospective clients earlier in my personal Zoom Room from my Pro account. However, when I tried to access the room from my MacBook Air, the following message popped up and I couldn't get into the room: "The application "zoom.us" is not open anymore." I ended up joining my clients in my Zoom Room from my i-phone. I've just checked again and it's still an issue and I get the same message when I try and join other rooms that I have set up. Any thoughts about how to fix this? Thanks, Caroline
