Is this Facebook Page which appears to be selling Zoom accounts legal?

Whenever I browse Facebook, I am shown an ad for House of Zoom (https://www.facebook.com/houseofzoom). It appears to be selling Zoom accounts at a cheaper price. Is this legal?

 

I'm not sure if I'm asking this at the right forum. If not, please let me know so I can move it to the proper location.
