If you make the recording in the cloud, you can extract it without problems.

It usually takes a bit longer. (IMPORTANT TO CHECK IN THE RECORDING CONFIGURATION OF THE ACCOUNT, THAT YOU HAVE ENABLED TO GENERATE)
