After sending invitations, when invitees try to join the arranged meeting with me, they are told that I am in another meeting when I'm not. Can someone tell me what to do to resolve this please?

Hi @Hampers22 , thank you for contributing to the Zoom Community!

Please make sure that you are starting a personal meeting room versus an instant meeting or that your instant meetings are set to use your personal meeting ID. Heres how: Using Personal Meeting ID (PMI) . This should do the trick!
