Invalid Input Parameter: orgrole

When I try to set my Educational Privacy Setting, I get this error:

I am the account owner.

Any ideas?

Hey @matthewconnoras, If your company is based outside of the United States, I came across a similar situation to your error that may help! If an organization is located outside the US, they are not required to e-sign Zoom’s Consent to Educational Data Collection Practices.

Only organizations within the US that use their Zoom account to provide educational services to children under 13 must sign this Consent. You can check out the article Enabling or disabling Children's Education Status setting for more info on this.
