Interpreting on Zoom

Hi,

I use Zoom as an Interpreter. On many occasions, I use my smartphone  with Android System and switch between English<>French without any issue. Recently, whenever I use the phone, I see the interpretation icons are inactive. I even used a different phone with a different account, and got the same issue. Which means I can't interpret, and sometimes they hear me talking in the main floor. 

Please if anyone can advise how to solve this issue.
