Interpreter not showing up on participant list

I host a monthly zoom meeting that includes two @interpreters.  For some reason lately when I click on to the Interpretation icon and go to add the @interpreters, one of the interpreters is not showing up on the list of participants even though the are in the meeting.  So I cannot make them the interpreter.  They have tried logging out of the meeting and rejoining but it is still not working.

Hello Corinne, we've just experienced the same issue. Our second interpreter wasn't visible on the list. Caused us a bit of a stressy moment as we were preparing for a Webinar.

@InnovationNetwo Hi, interpreters are requested to login into Zoom clients when joining the meeting, only when they sign in, will they appear in the list when the host starts interpretation.
