Welcome to the Zoom Community, @DavidLewis.

Absolutely!  By default, Zoom configures your account to be able to link to Zoom facilities across the globe. I frequently facilitate Meetings, Webinars, and Zoom Events internationally with very little difficulty. On occasion the intercontinental lag is a bit more than I’d like, but it’s not usually noticeable to most people, I think.
