Integration with Greenhouse/Passcode Issue

Hello,

 

We are using the Zoom integration for Greenhouse, and I'm experiencing issues where invitees are unable to join the Zoom due to invalid passcode. Users have the provided passcode and I even enabled embedded passcode with no success. What can I do to resolve?

This comes down to the integration. Zoom provides a robust API but it's up to third parties to integrate properly. If you are concerned about sending the correct passcode you could either copy the link into an email and send to candidates or there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send reminders with the passcode.
