I have a Lenovo laptop that I cannot make the integrated camera work on. It shows up as a grey screen with a padlock. I have tried uninstalling Zoom and reinstalling it. i have checked my settings and it is all on. I have checked my firewall and the zoom app is allowed. I have tried the F8 button and that doesn't work either. My computer says that the camera is Easycamera. I think I might have read somewhere that there might a problem with my Lenovo laptop not being able to cope with Zoom. I'm not very technical and don't know what else to try!!!! Please help

Hello,
Open the Windows start menu.
Search for "lenovo" and click Lenovo Vantage. If you don't have Lenovo Vantage, install it from the Microsoft Store.
Click Hardware Settings then click Audio/Visual.
Scroll down and switch the Camera Privacy Mode toggle to Off.
Note: If the Camera Privacy Mode keeps changing to On, check if your Lenovo laptop has a physical switch to enable or disable your camera. Make sure it is switched on.
Regards
